Custom Raglan-Sleeve Satin Team Jacket

Design a team jacket around a raglan seam that runs from the neckline towards the underarm. This satin concept is intended for clubs, school merchandise suppliers and sportswear labels coordinating body and sleeve panels across a team range. Grato International develops the seam layout from your reference so a contrast colour follows the pattern with panel boundaries established in the pattern.

• Polyester satin body and raglan sleeves; fabric finish, weight and lining assessed before sample approval.
• Snap-front layout with rib neckline, cuffs and hem; zip-front alternatives require a separately agreed pattern.
• Team measurement chart or regular/relaxed fit; contrasting sleeve panels and rib stripe colours depend on available materials.
• Lining: Lightweight satin lining or approved alternative. Labels: brand neck label, size and care labels, hang tags and individual polybags can be specified.

Custom branding and finishing

• Chest crest, back team name, individual names or year patches with artwork, placement and quantity requirements confirmed.
• Embroidery and sewn patches reviewed for satin stability; printing methods evaluated on the actual chosen fabric.
