Grato International manufactures made-to-order long sleeve cotton T-shirts for private-label streetwear and wholesale apparel buyers. This is a custom manufacturing service listing, not stock inventory.

Fabric and specifications

100% cotton single jersey around 260–300 GSM can be sourced to order after tech-pack approval. Alternative cotton blends and fabric weights can be quoted. Actual GSM, fiber content, shade, shrinkage tolerance and handfeel are confirmed with the approved sample, not inferred from the styling photographs.

Pattern and construction

• Drop-shoulder oversized silhouette or customer-specified regular fit
• Set-in long sleeves with plain or ribbed cuffs
• Double-needle stitching options and cotton/elastane neck rib
• Chest, back and sleeve placement options for puff, screen printing, DTF, DTG and embroidery
• OEM size grading, sewn neck labels, care labels, hem labels and individual polybags

Sampling, MOQ and quotation

Standard MOQ usually starts at 10 pieces per design/color when suitable materials are available; special cotton colors and heavy custom fabrics can need a much larger minimum depending on the fabric mill.
