• Fit and sizing: Relaxed or boxy fit from your measurement chart; discuss XS–3XL and approve finished measurements after the selected wash.
• Construction: Pullover hood, long sleeves, rib cuffs/hem and optional kangaroo pocket; hood depth, shoulder position and pocket shape confirmed in the pattern.

Send a wash reference showing the desired contrast and distribution. Shade variation is part of a washed finish, so agree acceptable variation, garment measurements and decoration appearance on the development sample. Wash and decoration order will be selected for the approved materials.

Decoration options: Screen printing after wash-compatibility review, DTF printing after adhesion review, Embroidery after wash trial. Artwork and fabric compatibility are checked before approval. Custom neck labels, care labels, hang tags and individual polybags can be specified; label content, dimensions and packaging quantities are confirmed in the quotation.

MOQ, Samples and Manufacturing Quote

MOQ may start at approximately 10 pieces per colour and design when suitable fabric is available. Special fabric, dyeing, treatments, trims or decoration may require a higher minimum. Samples are often developed in approximately 7–10 days, but the actual schedule and bulk production time depend on materials, quantity and customization.
