Custom Colour-Panel Team Travel Tracksuit

Proposed specification

• Full-zip jacket with cut-and-sew colour panels; optional stand collar; coordinating trouser side panels, adjustable waistband and side pockets.
• Cotton/polyester knit or other supplier-confirmed tracksuit fabric may be proposed; weight, surface, composition and suitability must be approved before ordering.
• Adult or school/team sizing developed from an approved chart; specify jacket length, trouser taper and any different player or staff fits.

Custom options for your label

A panel drawing helps establish whether logos sit on a single fabric area or cross a seam. Provide the club’s colour references, quantities by size and whether staff need a different design. The set is quoted against the approved travelwear construction and materials.

• Club-colour panel combinations using available shades; piping and zip tape can be coordinated; exact colour matching requires swatch approval.
• Embroidered crests or suitable screen/DTF prints; names, numbers and sponsor placements considered individually after artwork and fabric testing.
• Custom neck or waistband labels, care/content labels, hangtags and individual polybags; printed packaging may be quoted after artwork, label content and quantities are approved.

Sample approval and order minimums

Orders may start at approximately 10 pieces per colour/design when available fabric and trims allow. Fabric sourcing, custom dyeing, wash treatments, decoration and construction can change the minimum. Request a development sample to approve materials, measurements and branding; sample cost and timing, bulk production and delivery are confirmed against the final specification.
