Provide front-neck drop, neck width and a reference for the V point. The sample should establish the meeting of the binding at the centre front, how the neckline rests and the body length you require. • Fabric & weight: Cotton jersey or an agreed cotton blend; approximately 160–240 GSM may be requested, subject to sourcing and sample approval.
• Fit & sizing: Regular, relaxed or a buyer-defined fit; men’s or women’s patterns and size grading are quoted against measurements.
• Colour options: Available solid colours, coordinated binding or a contrast neck trim subject to matching.
• Construction: Short sleeves, shaped V neckline, agreed rib or self-fabric binding and twin-needle-style hem finish where suitable.
• Custom decoration: Screen printing, DTF or DTG where the selected fabric is compatible; small embroidery placement must clear the neckline.
• Labels & packaging: Printed or sewn neck branding, care labels, optional hem label and individually sized polybags.
