• Fabric: Fleece selected for the requested faded finish; cotton content, blend and target GSM depend on available cloth and treatment trials.
• Fit and sizing: Relaxed, dropped-shoulder or boxy measurements for your brand; XS–3XL discussion is subject to an approved size chart and grading.
• Construction: Long-sleeve pullover, attached hood and rib finishing; optional kangaroo pocket and drawcord details agreed before sampling.

Share the target shade, fade placement and whether the artwork should look sharp or softened. Review treatment results, measurement changes and logo appearance together. The development sample becomes the reference for the agreed finish rather than a promise that every washed garment will look identical.

Decoration options: Screen printing after finish review, DTF printing after finish review, Embroidery. Artwork and fabric compatibility are checked before approval. Custom neck labels, care labels, hang tags and individual polybags can be specified; label content, dimensions and packaging quantities are confirmed in the quotation.

MOQ, Samples and Manufacturing Quote

MOQ may start at approximately 10 pieces per colour and design when suitable fabric is available. Special fabric, dyeing, treatments, trims or decoration may require a higher minimum. Samples are often developed in approximately 7–10 days, but the actual schedule and bulk production time depend on materials, quantity and customization.
